Gaseous ammonia, which comes from the plant 180 at a pressure of about 2.5 bar and temperature of about -14 ° C is liquefied in the compressors and stored in the SR-1 with liquid ammonia, which comes directly from plant 180. Nitric acid is produced by first mixing ammonia and air in a tank. In the presence of a catalyst, a reaction occurs which converts the ammonia to nitric oxide at plant 200. The nitric oxide is further reacted in the presence of water to produce 56% nitric acid.
The technological process includes the following operations: Transporting coal to coal bunkers, preparation of coal blend, filling chambers with mixture of coke coal, coking of coal blends during a given period of time
Heating of coke ovens with coke gas, the extraction of gas from the chambers (the regime of gas collectors), extrusion of coke out of the coke chambers, coke quenching, grading of coke, transporting coke in blast furnace operation, coke gas processing.
Offered solution needs to provide control of the pneumatic and hydraulic transport system of the electrofilters ash, transport system of slag and boiler ash, transport system of with overflow water from the slager, system of ash storage from internal and external transport of the Unit 6 and control over the pumps of raw water of the Unit 6.
