Automation solution for Coke gas burning facility

Coke is used as a fuel and as a reducing agent in smelting iron ore in a blast furnace. Since smoke producing constituents are driven off during the coking of coal, coke forms a desirable fuel for stoves and furnaces in which conditions are not suitable for the complete burning of bituminous coal itself. Coke may be burned with little or no smoke under combustion conditions, while bituminous coal would produce much smoke.

Automation of Cement Mill

Cement is a fine powder which sets after a few hours when mixed with water, and then hardens in a few days into a solid, strong material. Cement is mainly used to bind fine sand and coarse aggregates together in concrete. Cement is a hydraulic binder, i.e. it hardens when water is added. There are 27 types of common cement which can be grouped into 5 general categories and 3 strength classes: ordinary, high and very high. In addition, some special cements exist like sulphate resisting cement, low heat cement and calcium aluminate cement.

Automation of coal fired steam producing boiler

The system is designed to produce 30 t/h, 13 bar, 205°C steam. Level +0.00 and +4.50 level of the boiler house is designed as reinforced concrete and the other parts are designed as steel frame. At the front side of the boiler house coal handling and coal feeding system is placed. The handled coal is stocked in the coal bunker which is placed in the boiler house , front side of the boiler.
