Automation of Electrofilters

The electrofilter removes the incombustable parts of the coal, which are carried in the fluegas stream as flyash. The fluegases stream after leaving the steam generator, coming from the air preheater, in the electrofilter through parallel, 30 cm wide openings. These gases are formed by plate-formed positively charged electrodes. Electrically isolated spray electrodes are suspended on which a negative voltage is applied. Under the influence of the electrical field the flow ash settles on he positve plate electrodes.

Control of electrical parameters for power generator in Thermal Power Plant

The control of electrical parameters of power generator includes the following operations: monitoring and control of excitation system, monitoring and control of generator synchronization to the power network, monitoring and control of high voltage power distribution network, monitoring and control of low voltage distribution network, monitoring and control of power transformers, monitoring of generator protection system and generation of failure sequence of events with 1ms resolution, monitoring and control of uninterruptible control voltage supply system.

Automation of the Unit 6 – 230MW in Thermal Power Plant Tuzla

Just 7 months after signing the contract for the DCS of the UNIT 6 – 215MW in TPP Tuzla, which happened in June, 2012 we managed together in cooperation with our customer Elektroprivreda to fulfill and complete DCS project in January, 2013. This was done by consortium of three companies: ALSTOM Massy, France & ALSTOM Mannheim, Germany & ELCOM Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
